Our first real day in LA

waking up in West Hollywood on the 14th of August just didn’t feel real! It had been something I have been dreaming of since I was a little girl!

Anyway, lets get this day started! It was going to be a busy one. First, we headed towards the Hollywood Death Museum on Hollywood Blvd. It was around $15US, they won’t let you take any images inside the museum so I guess you will just have to go check it out for yourselves. It is really full on but I found it very interesting! They have done an amazing job of setting the place up.

After all, that death we headed to the center of Hollywood where we decide to get on a bus tour of LA. I think it was one of the best things I did because we didn’t know LA at all and it showed us where everything really was and gave us ideas on where to go.
Hollywood signFirst up on the tour, we headed to check out the Hollywood sign and all the hills, it really was breathtaking to see LA from that height.

After leaving the hills we headed down to check out Beverly Hills & some cool bars and places to eat.

After driving around for a few hours in an open top car I was ready for air con! We got dropped off back on Hollywood Blvd and then we head to Madame Tussaud’s where they have all the amazing wax celebrities !

After finishing up there we head to Ripley’s Believe It or Not! again I think the tickets were around $15US. It was really interesting.

Once we finished there we decide to walk back to the apartment and check out the  Hollywood Walk of Fame.
